Acer unveiled the most powerful gaming laptop on August 31 at IFA in Berlin. The Predator 21X is without a single doubt a monster of a gaming machine. This thing is huge! And when we say huge, we mean 17.6 pounds or 8 kilograms of what you might dare to a call portable gaming machine; at your own risk of course.
The 21X boasts a 21” curved display that is illuminated by an LED at 2560x1080 supporting Nvidia G-Sync, dual GTX 1080 in SLI, 64GB of memory, supporting five storage drives at one time, and requires two power supplies to run. It is quite a weight but Acer’s Predator 21X is future-proof and could potentially change the future of VR gaming.

Let’s talk about The Predator 21X because this laptop has game! It would go head on with any gaming laptop present time and desktop PCs, devouring the most demanding games of this year and keep the frames high for a very long time.
Ever thought of using your eyes to move around in a game or aim? Acer thought ahead of you and implemented Tobii EyeX in the Predator 21X. It’s an interesting piece of hardware that makes use of three infrared sensors to track your eyes’ movement to aim, look, and move around in supported games. Yes, it takes getting used to and might get you banned for cheating on servers. However, it delivers pinpoint accuracy and another dimension to immersive gameplay

Something noteworthy is the fact that the Predator 21X can handle photo manipulation and 3D rendering very well, making it a lucrative purchase for professionals and enthusiasts alike. Acer’s Predator 21X is built around hardcore enthusiasts and is impractical for the masses because it is barely portable and may cost more than $5000 told Acer’s Europe Head to CNET. Even so, the 21 X could smite most gaming laptops and desktops in terms of performance with ease. So, there is not much to complain about.

Conclusion

21X has set a new standard for gaming laptops and will contend against desktops if it lives up to its specifications. However, the masses would benefit from a more portable variant of this monumental machine.
